Step into a deep, interactive workshop where together we will explore the root reason your illness is here: the lessons it wants you to learn, the insights it needs you to gain, and the authentic you it is asking you to embody and become—and create a map for 2026 from there.

This isn’t about becoming a “new” person—it is about becoming the you you always were, and always have been, before life got in the way.

Inside this hour-and-a-half experience, you’ll connect with this potent messenger and write resolutions that aim to bring you closer to an embodied, meaningful life than ever before.

  • Listen Deeply: In a guided, somatic session, you'll open a dialogue with your body to discover what it truly needs, desires, and is asking for in the year ahead.

  • Co-Create Your 2026: From this place of deep listening, you will write powerful, authentic resolutions. These won't be about forcing change upon your body, but about forging a pact with it. Resolutions for becoming, not just achieving.

I know the terrain of illness from the inside out. In my twenties, I was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease—an “incurable illness” where medications and surgery were the only path.

But I couldn’t accept that story.

Through years of deep somatic work, nervous system healing, and uncovering the suppressed parts of myself, I came to see my illness not as punishment—but as initiation.

Healing wasn’t about fixing my body. It was about reclaiming my authentic self.

That journey became the foundation of my work and the Sacred Illness™ paradigm—the framework that teaches illness not as something to fight or control, but instead as the doorway into your most authentic, abundant self.
