This allows me to fully show up for those I'm already guiding and to ensure that when a space does open, I have the time and energy to offer the depth of presence this work requires. 1:1 Service Options (subject to change):

  1. Discovery Session: A 90-minute 1:1 deep dive into what your body is holding—we'll uncover the message your symptoms are carrying and map out a path forward.

  2. The Immersion: A 3-month 1:1 mentorship guiding you through the full Sacred Illness® Blueprint—12 sessions to unearth what your body is holding, release the old programs, and embody who your illness is asking you to become.
