Closing call: Saturday, August 9th on the full moon

Each morning for 5 days, you’ll receive a short video or audio teaching from me, along with a simple reflection prompt or somatic practice to help you gently connect with your body and begin this new conversation.

These daily invitations are designed to feel spacious and supportive — not another task on your to-do list. You can move at your own pace and return to the practices as often as you need.

Throughout the challenge, you’ll have the option to share insights and connect with others in a safe, supportive space (only if it feels good to you).

At the end of the 5 days, we’ll gather for a live closing call, where you’ll have the opportunity to ask me anything, receive direct guidance, and integrate what you’ve uncovered.

This final call is a powerful chance to anchor your new relationship with your body, feel witnessed in your process, and clarify your next gentle steps forward.

About Your Guide

I’m Dr. Erin Hayford — a Naturopathic Doctor, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner®, and someone who has walked the path of chronic illness myself.

After years of trying to fix, fight, and "figure out" my body, I discovered a deeper truth: my symptoms were not enemies to conquer but messengers guiding me back to myself.

Now, I help others gently turn toward their bodies with compassion and curiosity, so they can uncover the deeper invitations beneath their symptoms and begin living in alignment with who they’re truly here to be.

This challenge is an extension of that mission — a soft first step into a new way of relating to yourself.
